Its always exciting to hear of a new piano or keyboard available in music shops. Sound Technology is delighted to announce the all new Kurzweil Forte premium stage piano in the UK. The Forte features an all-new sound engine based on Kurzweil-designed, patented FlashPlay technology. FlashPlay is designed to provide users with quick access to its built-in 16GB sample memory, meaning there is no loading time when switching between sounds.

With a vast on-board memory, its new piano sounds, modelled on German and Japanese grand pianos, offer a full range of dynamics. The long, unlooped samples allow for harmonic interplay between sustained notes, while mechanical key release and pedal samples provide added realism. Also included are new orchestral percussion instruments, such as Celeste, Bells, Glockenspiel, Chimes, and Crotales (hit and bowed).

The piano also features a large sound set from the PC3 Series and Kore64 expansion for a full set of gig-ready sounds. Meanwhile, Kurzweil’s acclaimed KB3 ToneReal Organ modelling, including nine realistic drawbars, is also included. The B3 ToneReal Organs now use none of the Forte’s 128 voices of polyphony.

The Kurzweil Forte is available now priced at £2,799 RRP inc VAT.
