Nintendo DS turned into a Synthesizer.

Synth fans beware, your kids will soon have the latest Korg Synth on their pocket gaming machine. Korg DSN-12 – an ‘analog-style’ synth app for the Nintendo 3DS – is now available for £37 in the Nintendo store. Korg DSN-12 provides twelve monophonic synthesizers, based on the Korg MS-10 analog synthesizer. Each can have three effects, letting you create a broad range of sounds

You can assemble sequences into patterns, and save up to 64 patterns for use. Songs can be created by freely connecting patterns together.DSN-12 also includes what they are calling the world’s first 3D oscilloscope (Wave and Lissajous modes are provided.)
